TOMORROW, it’s time to get in the know. Join professor of PoliSci, circus performer and standup Andrea Jones-Rooy, Ph.D. as she dives deep into the POLITICAL CIRCUS around us. The one-person show gets into the measured scientific research behind highly engaging topics like voting, polarization, political beliefs, and more. TOMORROW’s show focuses on the topic of the moment, impeachment! Jones-Rooy will examine a bunch of research on the subject and try to help the audience better understand it’s implication and consequences with comedy and facts. And if all that information leaves you cloudy, just enjoy the circus act that follows. Jones-Rooy earned a Ph.D. in political science and complex systems at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and has taught at Carnegie Mellon, NYU Shanghai, and NYU, where she is currently their Director of Undergraduate study and teaches their flagship course, Data Science for Everyone. This should be one entertaining and informative show!
