I’ve had my share of jobs. Let’s see, my resume DOES NOT include being a bookshop floor assistant (where creepy people asked for stuff we didn’t have), a bank worker (where I shredded tons of documents), a transcriber (where my eyes went cross-eyed from looking at so many words I couldn’t comprehend), a corporate assistant (where they let underage soon to be adults have a hot toddy at the holiday party), and so many more I can’t remember right now. This Monday at Lyric Hyperion, learn about some truly terrible day jobs comedians have gone through all in pursuit of their true calling. CLOCKIN’ OUT, co-hosted by Sarah Mowrey and Tyler Jackson, will introduce you to real life comedians telling real-life stories about their worst jobs and ridiculous work experiences. The stories will be broken up with some silly, work-related games and other surprises! Your lineup includes:
Bri Pruett
Brodie Reed
Andy SellÂ
Madison Shepard
Come commiserate with them. GO!
Mentions: Show 10pm. Tickets $5. Lyric Hyperion Theatre & Cafe is located at 2106 Hyperion Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90027.
