Are people funnier when they’ve had a wee blaze? TOMORROW at UCB Sunset, that’s what the live version of the I’m Too Effing High show will attempt to find out. The special 4/20 event will invite a panel of LA’s best comedians to get high and perform comedic challenges like acting out a ““HIGHpothetical Situation” or performing “Stoned Standup.” The evening will also include laid-back conversations, surprises and special performances.
