The entire production of WHO MADE THE POTATO SALAD?: Women of Color Takeover is written, directed, and stars women of color from 50 Central, The Rundown with Robin Thede, Upright Citizens Brigade, ABC, National Broadway Tours, NBC, IFC, Fusion & more! X Mayo (Upright Citizens Brigade) is the host and creator and the show is co-produced by Maria Luisa Acabado. Audience members really get in the cookout mood with drinks and cookout bites, a DJ, dancers, and, of course, a stellar live performance! Writers meet at 8am to get the creative juices flowing, actors rehearse until 5pm, and the show goes up at 11pm NO MATTER WHAT! Come out and see what it’s all about!
