Time to shine up teacher’s apple because RAISE YOUR HAND: Taking Stand-Ups Back to School goes down March 10th at Caveat. Your hosts for the evening, Matthew Starr (“the straight-A student”) and Monique Moses (“the social butterfly”) invite the NYC’s finest comedians and one scholarly expert for a classroom/panel show that includes stand-up, instruction, and lots of hand raising. The show starts off with comedians/students giving the audience/class a proper introduction, followed by the guest expert (BIOLOGY know-it-all Evie Alexander) teaching everyone about their field of expertise. Class rules will be strictly enforced, and many a comedic question will be posed. Check out who will be making inquiries below:
Becky Krause, writer The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon
Ben Warheit, writer Late Night with Seth Meyers
Lauren Ashley Smith, writer The Rundown with Robin Thede
Don’t miss out on this chance to head back to the sphere where the class clowns once ruled!
