Did you miss your South Park? I know we did! When we laugh left the youngsters, Cartman was thrwarting his efforts to colonize Mars, Space X and Troll Trace were doomed to extinction, Sheila Broflovski just missed uncovering her husband’s Internet history, President Garrison was still in the Oval Office, and a “new Internet” was born where, of course, the first e-mail sent out was a troll. So where will the 21st season take the gang? What we know for sure is Comedy Central will air 254 episodes of South Park in 127 hours, all leading to the animated program’s 21st season premiering on September 13th. The marathon is set to begin September 6th. Viewers will enjoy 8 monumental days of South Park with some regularly-scheduled airings of The Daily Show thrown in to break up the large swaths of pleasure. Comedy Central will also be launching a special South Park Emoji in celebration of the 21st season which will be featured on Twitter anytime a user tweets the hashtags #SouthPark, #NewSouthPark, #SouthParkPremiere, #SouthPark21, #Memberberries, & #Cartman. The emoji goes live on Wednesday, September 13 and will be active throughout the entire season.
Mentions: South Park is back on Wednesdays starting September 13 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT. Fans can follow all of the 21st season activities at SouthParkStudios.com.
