Did you know the expression “flying blind” dates back to World War II when aviators had to rely on their instruments because they couldn’t see the horizon? Eeeek! Of course, these days the expression is commonly used in far less life-threatening situations (one would hope!) One such application is describing a comedy show where the comedians must perform in sketches where they have never seen the material before. Sure, their plane may not be crashing as a result, but bombing on stage is still a perilous outcome! Every show has a new theme and the writers are some of the best in NYC. After a year and half of performing at The PIT Loft, the crew is making the jump to The PIT Striker Mainstage. Friday, March 31, catch the Flying Blind Sketch Show in their new surroundings getting silly to the theme CORPORATE LADDER. What could the writers possibly make them do or say with that? Find out with your host Joe Leonardo at The PIT NY!
