Fresh from a 2016 filled with packed shows and rave reviews, SAMANTHA FONTANA (Casting, Dive, Your Main Thing) and ROGER MANIX (Buffy the Vampire Slayer, True Blood) are bringing their comedic play F*@#ed back to The Wild Project venue this January for a limited run. F*@#ed is a two person show where Roger and Fontana play various characters who tell the ultimate East Village story of high school senior recently dumped who starts to hang with her 20-something gay man self in 2005. That’s a mouthful! The story is filled with sex, drugs, dogs, ice cream and more. If you want a feel of what the East Village is REALLY about, come check out F*d January 11th through January 17th.
Writer, actor, producer and stand-up, Samantha Fontana, has performed in NYC at Joe’s Pub, Gotham, Stand Up NY, Sid Gold’s Request Room, Ars Nova, and the like, plus is the co-founder, writer, producer and lead actor in two channels available on Funny Or Die, Samantha Fontana & S&M. Roger Manix is the Co-Artistic Director of The Adjusted Realists Theatre Company. He teaches acting and movement at Brooklyn College and is all about The Meisner Technique at his studio Brooklyn Training Ground. You may have seen him in the world premiere of Steve Kalsiki’s Gluten! at 59E59th Street, and in the NYC revival of Nicky Silver’s Pterodactyls at Teatro Circulo.
