British comedian JOSIE LONG is all about optimism in her new show SOMETHING BETTER running November 19th until December 3rd at the Barrow Street Theatre in New York. The multi award-winning comedian returns to The Big Apple after a successful 2015 run of her critically praised show ‘Cara Josephine.’ The new show is all about confidence in the future, looking for positive motivation, and just simply wanting more from life. Long started her stand-up career at age 14, going on to win the BBC New Comedy Award and coming in second at So You Think You’re Funny at age 17. After her show “Kindness and Exuberance” won the Perrier Best Newcomer at Edinburgh Fringe, Long amassed three consecutive nominations for the Fosters Edinburgh Comedy Award, going on to perform in Montreal, Melbourne, Adelaide and New Zealand. Some of the programs Josie has appeared in include The News Quiz, Just A Minute, Never Mind the Buzzcocks, The Alternative Comedy Experience, and Drunk History. Don’t miss out on this chance to smile brightly.
