For the FIRST time in LA, “film critic, lawyer, producer and podcast host” Marc Calderaro will be bring the Austin pleaser GHOST RIDER: My Favorite Film to the NerdMelt Showroom. Saturday, November 12th the 2007 Nicholas Cage classic will be screened and, of course, vehemently defended by it’s #1 fan. For those unfamiliar with the film, Cage plays Johnny Blaze, the world’s best-known stuntmen, who, in the presence of evil, bursts into flames to become the supernatural motorcycle-riding antihero, Ghost Rider. The comic book blockbuster film may have been panned by the critics, but that’s no reason for you not to be convinced otherwise! You will be privy to “all the decisions and motivations of those who made the film for love, and money.” Also, special guest, Ghost Rider actor Jonathan Oldham, will be present for the fanatical, wild ride. It should be one hell-raising event!
