I must ask myself, do I get “guy stuff?” I’m not sure. Mitra Jouhari (Full Frontal w/ Samantha Bee, Three Busy Debras, Annoyance), Catherine Cohen (UCB, Huffington Post, New American Comedy), and Patti Harrison (MTV, New American Comedy, NY Mag) are three gals who KNOW they don’t get “guy stuff,” so they’ve invited some of the best comedians in New York to give them lectures on the subject so they can finally be on top of it and fit in (no double entendre intended, oh my). IT’S A GUY THING is a diverse alt comedy show with a feminist vibe that features up-and-coming acts giving hilarious, educational talks on a “guy thing’ of their choice. These “lectures” can be anything from characters to stand-up to power-point presentations to songs and on and on.
