M.I.L.P. (Moms I’d Like to Portray), not to be confused with those other moms getting it on, is actor/singer/comedian Carrie McCrossen’s foray into the world of those beloved female roles audiences can’t seem to get enough of. Can you blame them? Apparently, “Mom roles make up 98.4% of all non-porn roles for women in TV, film, and new media” What!?! (I wouldn’t Snopes that non-fact.) Carrie may not be a mother (yet), but she’s dying to play one on TV. This is your chance to see Carrie bring you the roles she was born to act out on stage. MILP is not just a celebration of Hollywood’s version of women and their motherly ways, it’s an acronym! Ms. McCrossen currently performs at UCB; has appeared at Joe’s Pub, The Pearl, Ars Nova, Club Oberon, The Depot, and Geva; plus, you have seen her in sketches on TruTV, Above Average, College Humor, Flama, Nat Geo & MTV. The cast also includes Eric Gersen and Aaron JAckson. Don’t miss this maternal event!
