Get ready for some comedy relief this fall. One of our favorite SNL cast members is filming his first one-hour stand-up special during two sold-out shows at the Skirball Center. Can you guess who it is? (It’s Pete Davidson.)Pete Davidson:SMD will be filmed during two performances in New York City Saturday, April 30. The special is scheduled to premiere this fall on Comedy Central. Davidson has previously made stand-up appearances on Adam Devine’s House Party, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Comedy Underground with Dave Attell, and guest-starred in Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Davidson joined Saturday Night Live during the show’s 40th season premiere which made him the youngest member of the current cast, the first SNL cast member to be in the 90s, and the fourth-youngest cast member, which puts him in what you could call the “young timers club” with Anthony Michael Hall, Eddie Murphy and Robert Downey Jr. Davidson never ceases to amaze us with his talents live on stage so you can guarantee this special will be something great.
