@orenbrimer I try and hire actors who exclusively give better line readings than what my small brain could imagine. #ComedyFest

@orenbrimer I’ll give a line reading if I see an actor frustrated, and only with their permission.Sometimes they want one. #ComedyFest
— Rob Schrab (@RobSchrab) May 1, 2013
@orenbrimer Has to be organic to the story. Plot like a drama, then add the funny. Keep the characters real. Funny will follow. #ComedyFest

@orenbrimer It’s been a dead medium since the demise of #CrazyMagazine

Following the Comedy Director party, RENO 911 stars Tom Lennon and Kerri Kenney-Silver joined their friend Michael Ian Black to watch and live tweet the “RENO 911!: Miami,” movie complete with juicy behind-the-scenes commentary. Check out 5 movie trivia facts you may have missed below. (True unrelated story: I once saw Tom Lennon eating lunch with his family while on a food tour in Little Tokyo. Riveting, I know.)
1. Keep in mind, for the entire finale of the film, @pattonoswalt was near-death from food poisoning.
2. The Raineesha prosthetic booty cost 25k. The whale and the booty were our big splurges.
3. We wanted to use Andrea Bocelli’s “Con Te Partiro” for the rear window masturbation sequence. We were told we’d have to pitch the sequence to him, as the song is very close to his heart. We decided NOT to pitch it to him.
4. Not one, but TWO stuntmen wiped out on the Dangle bike jump. We decided to leave it in.
5. The building in the opening scene is in downtown LA, and frequently on Mad Men.
