BRODYFEST2023 a celebration of the life of the late, great comedian BRODY STEVENS, kicks off August 18th though the 20th in Reseda, California. This is the third iteration of the event where friends of Brody originally started the 818 Walk in honor of his memory. Once again, BRODYFEST2023 will directly benefit Comedy Gives Back, the organization dedicated to acting as a safety net for comedians in need of mental health services and addiction treatment. The registration fee for the 8.20 WALK is $50 per participant ($60 the day of), with participants receiving a special Brody gift bag. The walk is 1.5 miles around Reseda Park.
After the walk, come check out the star-studded softball game in honor of Brody’s favorite pastime at Reseda park at Dodgers Dreamfield (the little league field behind Brody’s bench) with friends of Brody! Bring a glove!
The Comedy Store will also be honoring Brody with a special Brody Stevens 818 Day show on Friday, August 18th to kick off the weekend festivities and raise awareness about mental health. The lineup will include Marc Maron, Jeff Garlin, Dane Cook, The Sklar Brothers & more! YES! Be there!
