Celebrating MODEL MAJORITY’S big 4th birthday with an evening of music/musical related sketches and musical performances. NYC’s premier and acclaimed all AAPI sketch comedy team brings new sketches and laughs to every show while taking on stereotypes. Think Saturday Night Live (SNL) meets Broadway with an ALL Asian American/Pacific Islander cast you may have seen on TV. And you don’t have to be Asian or love musicals to enjoy the show! Their sold-out performances have been on Time Out New York’s list of “Best Comedy Shows in NYC” and New York Times‘ “8 Things to Do This Weekend”. Sketches you might see from the group include a mashup of John Wick and Wicked The Musical called John Wicked, Riverdance, Gangsta’s Paradise parody about Asian Aunties, Beauty and the Beast songs set in NYC and so much more.
