If you haven’t noticed, the world’s been in a bit of a tailspin lately. So how can one cope when things are bit less than ideal? Through the power of comedy and laughter! THIS Sunday, July 17th, Jersey-born Brooklyn-based comedian and writer Arti Gollapudi will hone her talent of “using comedy as a tool to open up dialogue about personal identity, trauma, and, most importantly, farts” at the Lackadaisical Loser show. Through poetry, music, and storytelling, Gollapudi will explore “how to do the very difficult task of getting out of bed every morning to find that amongst an onslaught of bad dates and dread, there is always hope and beyond that – joy.” Now that’s something we can get behind (or even in front of)!
