They say “necessity is the mother of invention.” In the case of an online show that started as a result of a pandemic lockdown, this proverb couldn’t be more correct. SELF CARE COMEDY came to be from the need for audiences to be entertained in the worst of times, and for comics to thrive in a crisis. No one would have thought the necessity would endure for so long, but it did! TONIGHT marks the final show of this journey that’s brought so much happiness to welcoming audiences.
