Saturday, July 19, wax nostalgic with a fun, artsy retrospective that pays tribute to the man who’s made both young and old laugh for years, Pee-Wee Herman. 50 artists have produced works that were inspired by the impressive career of the never aging comedian. The Paging Mr Herman exhibit debuts at the Nerdist Showroom at Meltdown Comics and will run July 19th-25th. Get there early for free beverages, a Pee-Wee’s Playhouse-inspired photo booth, and, of course, the Alamo!
