John Oliver‘s LAST WEEK TONIGHT really tore Syrian president Bashar Al-Assad a new orifice yesterday. Not only did he use his biting brand of humor to discuss the ethnic cleansing leader’s rise to power but he used the tyrant’s very own musical tastes against him. It was discovered that al-Assad had downloaded one of 90’s duo Right Said Fred‘s songs so, of course, Oliver invited the band to unveil a new song specifically written for the ophthalmologist. Enjoy!
